  • 20th IUHPE World Conference: Health Promotion Switzerland is organizing the 20th IUHPE World Conference on Health Promotion, 11–15 July 2010, Geneva, Switzerland
  • DETERMINE - Health Inequalities (2007–2010): contributing to an EU Consortium for Action on the Socio-economic Determinants of Health (SDH), bringing together over 50 health bodies, public health and health promotion institutes, governments and various other organizations from 26 European countries.
  • HP-SOURCES: contributing to the collection of data on policy, infrastructure and practices for health promotion in Europe
  • Global Programme on Health Promotion Effectiveness (GPHPE): in cooperation with WHO, reviewing and building evidence of effectiveness in terms of health, social, economic and political impact.
  • Getting Evidence into Practice (GEP) (2004–2005): a project designed to broaden the evidence base and strengthen collaboration among the key stakeholders (agencies, practitioners and researchers) in the form of a European consortium for evidence-based health promotion. 
  • European Health Promotion Indicator Development Project (EUHPID): development of a European Health Promotion Indicator system (2003)

  • National Alliance For Health Literacy, a cooperation between Health Promotion Switzerland and Merck Sharp & Dohme-Chibret AG, since 2007
  • Impact Santé – Swiss platform for health risk assessment, since 2005
  • Health Coaching – A cooperation with the Swiss College of Primary Care Medicine (KMH/CMPR) (2008–2011)
  • Database Policy-Monitoring – in cooperation with POLSAN, the results of our policy-monitoring regarding legal foundations and policy development for health promotion and prevention are collected in a publicly accessible database.
